What Does It Do?
- ▸ It takes the heated PET preform and inflates it to produce the bottle
- ▸ All stations run in parallel: load, heat, blow, cool, eject
- ▸ Production capacity up to 24,000 bottles per hour
- ▸ Temperature profile PID controls each station independently
How Does It Work?
- ▸ Servo motor controls table rotation in precise steps
- ▸ Station transitions are synchronized using a PLC program.
- ▸ Oven zone temperature is profiled per preform material via PID
- ▸ All axes synchronized via EtherCAT 1ms cycle
